Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

1. Email support@oldmillion21.shop with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Items damaged through misuse, personalized items, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
